A series of workshops for managers of private childcare centers and kindergartens

 

A good teacher is like the director of a business. Some teachers love children and know how to teach, but do not know how to lead people and the classroom. They need to learn a little control!

 

 

LEADERSHIP 3: MOTIVATION. SALARY

March 12-13 2015, Bishkek

 

In working with children is extremely important level employees (teachers, administrators, and managers), their ability and desire to work.

 

At workshop you will learn several models work with the staff to choose a suitable for yourself! In each of them key tools in different moments of HR:

 

- Attraction and selection, the introduction of a new employee in the organization (in particular, some “Head Hunter tools”),

 

- Training and professional development of employees (its impact and use)

 

- Dismissal (very important process!)

 

- Different tools impact on employees, the so-called "demotivation"

 

- And, of course, payroll (its organization and contributing factors).

 

Employers think that is what they choose / select / fire staff take decisions about it, etc. Unfortunately, it is not. It has long been experts / people choose "wherever and with whom they work / spend the next two years of my life." Employees choosing us as the customer chooses. But we still think that the controlling officers and build human resource management in this pledge.

LEADERSHIP - for those who are in the role of manager - leaders, deputies, heads of areas and branches, leading educators, administrators, etc. All who are in responsible positions who substantially influence what is happening in the children's center or kindergarten.

 

Every leadership session is a two-day seminar-training (10.00 – 17.00), may be consulted in person or on Skype.

Seminar-training details:

 

- Instrumental (a set of specific practical tools that are useful in different situations management - work with clients, staff management, the resolution of internal and external conflicts, functional and wages, etc.).

 

- The combination of rational analysis activities and figurative, metaphorical, irrational.

 

- Game testing tools for training (training - a space where you can try and make mistakes!).

 

- Provocations managers to self-determination (tried, and now choose his own!).

 

Format: A series of workshops, each workshop consists of two parts: group training (2 days from 10 to 17 hours) and individual consultation on request (2 hours).
